I use several AI tools to help me both as an author and as a marketer. Sometimes I need help, and AI tools are there to assist me in bringing my ideas to life. Here is a list of the tools I use for those who are interested. If you have any questions about these tools, feel free to contact me!
Image Creation
I use Midjourney to create images for this website and for social media. I use these in the same way others would use stock images. They are there to provide a visual representation of what I’m imagining for the worlds and characters I create.
Text Creation
I use ChatGPT to help me flesh out characters, flesh out world details, finalize outlines, and write my fiction. This allows for me to keep moving in the writing process instead of staring at a blank screen for days on end. Every word that ends up in my writing is there because I chose for it to be there, whether it came from my brain or from an AI tool.
Text Editing
In addition to text creation, I use ProWritingAid and AutoCrit to help keep my words coherent and my grammar as accurate as possible.
Audio Creation
I use ElevenLabs to create the audiobooks for those who would prefer to listen to my writing.
